These terms apply to your use of daycaresf.com, the website of Modern Education Family Childcare ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What this site is for
This site tells families about our licensed family child care homes, and lets you contact us, book a tour, join our contact list, join the waitlist after a tour, pay form fees and apply for enrollment. Please use it only for those purposes and in line with the law. Do not try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or use automated tools to copy or overload it.
Information on the site
- Openings, hours and programs change. We try to keep them current, but what you see here is not a promise of a spot, a schedule or a price. Rates are subject to change.
- Enrollment is governed by separate documents. Your enrollment agreement and our Parent Handbook set the terms of care. If they differ from anything on this site, they are what counts.
- Fees paid through our forms. The waitlist registration fee and any application fee are explained on the form before you pay. The waitlist fee is non-refundable, and paying it does not guarantee a spot.
- Our guides are general information for parents, not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. For decisions about your child's health or development, talk with your child's doctor or another qualified professional.
- Reviews are written by families on Google, Yelp and Winnie. We show them as written and link to the original.
Links and other services
We link to other websites and use outside services for forms, payments, booking and our mailing list. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Some Amazon links are affiliate links: we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
Our content
The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Modern Education Family Childcare or are used with permission. Reviews belong to the families who wrote them. You are welcome to share links to our pages and to print guides for your own family's use. Please do not copy our content or photos to other sites or use them commercially without asking us first.
No warranties
We provide this site "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but to the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any responsibility we have for the care we provide to enrolled children, which is governed by your enrollment agreement and California law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
