Enrolling

Enrollment process

  1. Read Parent's Handbook

Parents are recommended to read our parent's handbook to learn about our program, policies and procedures. Each home has its own handbook; your home's educator gives you the current copy.

  2. Complete Online Application

Parents are required to complete an online application and turn in the mandatory licensing and consent forms.

Review licensing forms and consent forms in the Forms section below.

Here are the child development and routine forms (0-3y, 3-5y) for teacher to learn more about your child and help transition into our program.

  3. Day-1 Program Checklist

Parents often ask about what they need to bring on the first day last minute. So we put together a one-page checklist for you to double check what you might miss. You can print the checklist and check it one by one.

Note: Your child's enrollment is NOT complete until we receive the first month's holding deposit, the online application and all required licensing and consent forms. Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If our program is full and we're unable to enroll your child, ask about our waitlist when you tour (we share the form during or after your visit), or join our free contact list and we will email you when spots open up.

Child development and routine form

We would like to create a smooth transition for children and families. Please fill out and return the form before or on the first day of child care.

Health Form

We work with families to ensure screening of all children using a valid and reliable developmental screening tool at entry and as indicated by results thereafter, and ensure the Health Screening Form (Community Care Licensing form LIC 701 "Physician's Report - Child Care Centers" 12 or equivalent) is used at entry and annually (or alternatively, ensures vision and hearing screenings are conducted).
