Parents can know how their child's developmental stage better in a full spectrum. How it will look like for DRDP?It is one of popular questions and concerns from families who learn about DRDP the first time. After your child is enrolled into our program, your child will receive our attentive care and fun play-based program. Children are natural learners. They are curious. They are interested to learn about everything, such as, the moving objects in front of their eyes, the chatter sounds from surrounding, the movements of their bodies. When they are playing, they are developing their different senses and their bodies. As an early child educator, we prepare a safe and fun environment for child to experience the world by themselves. At the same time, we observe their development using DRDP. No test, no stress, no extra efforts are required for children, they can just learn in their own pace and style, they can enjoy their infanthood and childhood once in a lifetime. Not only daily report, parents will have an opportunity to learn about their child's development twice a year after the DRDP is completed. In the parent conference, we will update and share about what strengths and challenges we find out about their child. Parents can talk about their observation or concern, vice versa. Communication is always a key to successful partnership between families and child care program in bringing up a child.
