Our Journey in Early Learning

Many often ask us the driving force behind our choice to become family child care providers. At the heart of it all is our profound love for family. This love is not just limited to our kin, but extends to every child and parent who walks through our doors. We believe that every family deserves the best, and by being family child care providers, we get to offer that. The added flexibility it brings allows us to care for our own families while nurturing others.

Our journey began in 2011 when Auntie Siu transitioned from her role as a full-time nanny to a licensed family home daycare provider. It was a leap of faith, driven by passion and the desire to offer a nurturing environment to more children. The overwhelming love and trust from families over the years have fueled our growth. Today, we're proud to announce that, with continued support from our community, we have expanded to six licensed family daycare homes in San Francisco Bay Area.

We're not just providers; we're an extended family. And we look forward to welcoming more families into our fold.

Meet Our Team

​We are independently operated by our family members. Each location provides care primarily for children aged 3 months to 5 years old.​

Auntie Siu

Director, Mission Bay

​Siu Yee-yee's favorite things to do in the whole world are smile, hug, and high five. Awesome was probably her first word, and she uses it to describe anyone and everyone – because what gets her out of bed in the morning are the people that make this world alive, and she’s on a mission to help them grow.

Auntie Sally

Director, Outer Sunset 

With happy face and wonderful laughter, sometimes mistaken by friends that Auntie Sally is Auntie Siu. Yes! They are real sisters. Living close to the Ocean, Sally loves to walk to the beach and enjoy sunset every day. She is also a mother of two. Parents love her cheerful personality which positively influences on the kid's development.

Auntie Sharon​

Director, Hayes Valley​

​Sharon is a mother of two amazing daughters. Both of them are really talented in multiple aspects of arts, for example, gymnastics, music, and ice skating. If you are looking into getting your child a foundation of different talents, she loves to share more about that with you.

Ryan

Director, SoMa​

Ryan will be helping you with most questions regarding your enrollment. He will be the first person you talk with when you call in to inquire. You can expect the best welcoming service from him - because that is the best job for him to give back or pay it forwards.

Pyrena

Director, Portola

​If you ask Pyrena her favorite flower, she would tell you sunflower. Sunflowers can lift everyone's spirit. They are bright and cheery. They symbolize warm and big smiles. Pyrena sees every child as a little sunflowers. She enjoys nurturing and being around all the little ones in our daycare every day.
