ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a loving and nurturing learning environment for all children
• Plan and implement activities that promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of children
• Actively engage parents by communicating regularly through daily interactions
• Develop rapport with other teachers and staff members at the schools we serve
• Maintain classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of Early Childhood Classroom experience
• Minimum of 12 ECE Units 
• Substitutes must be sensitive in communicating with others and be able to relate professionally with children and adults.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organization skills 
• Ability to meet the employment requirements of the licensing agency including clear background check and Live Scan fingerprinting.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience and educational training.
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Semi-monthly Pay - Direct deposit (W2 Employee)
