New COVID-19 Requirements
Parents will have to review and comply with the following requirements.
Risk Acknowledgement Forms for Parents/Guardians:
Childcare providers must collect signed Risk Acknowledgement Forms from parents/guardians in order for their children to attend childcare.
COVID-19 Health Checks at Programs for Children:
This document lists symptoms that must be assessed, defines what body temperature is considered a fever, and sets out the criteria that must be met for a child to return to childcare after COVID-19 symptoms subside.

Information for parents and guardians about how to conduct a COVID-19 Health Check (symptoms screening and temperature checks). The second page contains instructions on what to do if a child has fever or COVID-19 symptoms, criteria for when they can return to childcare/camp/programming after their symptoms subside, and information about COVID-19 testing locations.

Parents are required to complete an online application and turn in the mandatory licensing and consent forms.

Day-1 Program Checklist
Parents often ask about what they need to bring on the first day last minute. So we put together a one-page checklist for you to double check what you might miss.
You can print the checklist and checking it one by one.
Note: Your child's enrollment is not complete until we receive the first month holding deposit, online application and all mandatory licensing and consent forms. We accept enrollment on a first come first served basis. If we are full and unable to enroll your child, you can complete our online wait list form. We will contact you according to our vacancy and potential openings.
